Michael Woods

Michael Woods is a Partner at GPI. He is the Portfolio Manager overseeing the Asset Management Department as well as GPI’s institutional and non-institutional investment funds. During his almost twenty-year career in the commercial real estate industry, he has underwritten and closed on acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and redevelopments with a capitalized value in excess of $1.4 billion (representing over 5.3 million square feet). Prior to joining GPI, Mr. Woods worked at Regency Centers, a national owner, operator, and developer of retail properties.

Mr. Woods earned his M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and received his B.A. from Georgetown University. He currently serves as a member of the Loyola High School Physical Resources Committee as well as the Westside Neighborhood Council.
