500,000 square feet includes: 5250 Lanskershim, a 180,000 square foot LEED Gold office building; 60,000 square feet of community-serving retail; Lofts at NoHo Commons: 278 loft-style apartments and 14 live/work units.

NoHo Commons is a “live-work-play” development located adjacent to the North Hollywood Red Line subway station and at the entrance to the burgeoning NoHo Arts District. It consists of an 180,000 square foot LEED Gold office building, 60,000 square feet of community-serving retail, 278 loft-style apartments, and 14 live/work units. The project’s design elements—spacious plazas, water features, landscaped pedestrian walkways, and residences that open onto public space—create an urban village. The project, a public-private partnership with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, has become a model for successful, transit-oriented development and has transformed North Hollywood, creating a vibrant heart for the community that attracts those working in the surrounding entertainment industry. NoHo’s mixed-use design provides the opportunity for a sequential exit to institutional investors.
