Initially an office campus was planned on this 24 acre site, but the principals anticipated a downturn in the office market and re-entitled the land for residential use. The project consists of 336 garden apartments, 30,000 square feet of retail, and a 125 room Hilton Homewood Suite hotel. To successfully entitle the project, the principals worked closely with the city to preserve open space, reduce traffic, and set aside a site for a new city library.
