Paseo Colorado is a mixed-use community containing 565,972 SF of retail, restaurants, and cinema uses and 391 luxury apartments located in the civic heart of Pasadena, California. Its major tenants include ArcLight Cinemas, Equinox Fitness, Gelson’s Supermarket, P.F. Changs, and the Yard House. The project was developed after acquiring and demolishing a failed regional mall and structuring a public private partnership with the City.
