Mr. Akhtarzad is a Partner at GPI. He focuses on the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities and leads development activity across the firm. Prior to joining GPI in 2018, Mr. Akhtarzad was with Colony Capital in their Corporate Finance and Acquisitions division. At Colony, he was involved in a wide range of opportunistic transactions across the capital structure in both real estate assets and operating companies. Mr. Akhtarzad received a B.A. in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
