Chaz Franciski

Mr. Franciski is a Partner at GPI. Since joining GPI in 2013, Mr. Franciski has been actively involved in the acquisition, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and strategy of GPI’s investments. Prior to joining GPI, Mr. Franciski was a member of Equity Office Properties’ Corporate Finance department. During his tenure at EOP, Mr. Franciski prepared valuation models for over six million square feet of office space and maintained investment-level performance models relating to $21B in office investments made by The Blackstone Group. Mr. Franciski received a B.S. in Business majoring in Finance-Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
