Fredrik Wahlstrom is Senior Vice President Financial Services at GPI.  Before joining GPI, Mr. Wahlstrom was Controller and Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Griffin Capital Company in Los Angeles.  Prior to joining Griffin Capital Company, Mr. Wahlstrom was the Manager of Financial Reporting at The Irvine Company, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the United States.  During his five years there, Mr. Wahlstrom managed financial reporting processes and helped to oversee the Company’s debt compliance.  Mr. Wahlstrom began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.  He earned a BA degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned a Certified Public Accountant designation in 2004.
